Marlow Client Terms of Use

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Marlow Client ("the client"), you agree to be bound by these terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download or use the client.

License

Marlow Client is provided under a proprietary license with the following conditions:

• All rights are reserved by the Marlow Development team
• You may freely share and distribute the client, provided you disclose the original source
• You may not use the source code (in whole or in part) in closed-source or obfuscated applications
• Commercial distribution is permitted only with proper attribution to the original project

Permitted Use

Marlow Client is intended for use as a Minecraft game modification. You may:

• Download and install the client for personal use
• Share the client with others via the official download link
• Create content (videos, streams, articles) featuring the client
• Report bugs and suggest features through official channels

Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Redistribute modified versions of the client without permission
• Use the client's source code in closed-source or obfuscated projects
• Sell or monetize the client itself (content creation revenue is fine)
• Claim the client as your own work
• Use the client in any way that violates applicable laws

Server Rules

Using Marlow Client on Minecraft servers may violate those servers' rules. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with the rules of any server you play on. We are not responsible for any bans, penalties, or consequences resulting from your use of the client on any server.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Marlow Client is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the client will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all systems or server configurations.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Marlow Development team be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the client, including but not limited to game bans, data loss, or system damage.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the client after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
